入选标准
- •1. Prevalent hemodialysis patients on thrice weekly hemodialysis for atleast three months.
- •2. Age > 18 years and <60 years
- •3.Stable vascular access- AV fistula
- •4.Stable clinical condition
- •5. Interdialytic weight gain of more than 2 kg
排除标准
- •1.. Patients unable to provide informed consent
- •2.. Any vascular event during the 12 months preceding this study (myocardial infarct, heart failure New York Heart Association [NYHA] stage II/IV, heart rhythm disorders, cerebrovascular accident (CVA), (un)stable angina, symptomatic and/or operated peripheral vascular disease)
- •3. Patients in sepsis
- •4. Patients with past history of heat stroke
- •5 Baseline blood pressure less than 140/90 mm Hg
- •6. Patients with open wounds, catheter
