1. Prevalent hemodialysis patients on thrice weekly hemodialysis for atleast three months.
2. Age > 18 years and <60 years
3.Stable vascular access- AV fistula
4.Stable clinical condition
5. Interdialytic weight gain of more than 2 kg
1.. Patients unable to provide informed consent
2.. Any vascular event during the 12 months preceding this study (myocardial infarct, heart failure New York Heart Association [NYHA] stage II/IV, heart rhythm disorders, cerebrovascular accident (CVA), (un)stable angina, symptomatic and/or operated peripheral vascular disease)
3. Patients in sepsis
4. Patients with past history of heat stroke
5 Baseline blood pressure less than 140/90 mm Hg
6. Patients with open wounds, catheter
