healthy individuals; women; age; BMI; individuals active according to the International Physical Activity Questionnaire; availability to participate in the intervention
Exclusion Criteria
Cardiovascular or neurological or disease; such as spine or knee pathologies; absolute contraindication for phototherapy, male, above 24 (age)
