- •Mallampatti class I and II
- •Scheduled for elective laparoscopic appendicectomy

- •ASA Physical status >2
- •Emergency laparoscopic appendicectomy
- •Mallampatti class III, IV
- •Morbid obesity
- •smokers, asthmatic, any lung pathology
- •COPD, Ischemic heart disease
- •Pregnancy and lactation
