All patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the skin; with or without organ transplantation; submitted to surgical treatment in the mentioned period; with the obtaining of anatomopathological reports; clinical follow-up in the Database of surgeries performed in the Head and Neck Discipline
All patients who lost follow-up; with minimum follow-up of three months; those with incomplete medical records; who were not operated on at the institution; who had distant metastases in the first presentation; who had no indication for surgery for other reasons; who had previous irradiation in the head area and neck; those which contained non-squamous cell carcinoma skin tumors
