•Diagnosed case of diabetic peripheral neuropathy
•Independent walking ability for at least 10m33
•Agreed to participate in this study and comply with instructions
1.Individuals with any other systemic manifestations other than diabetes
2.Diabetic ulcer in either foot11
3.Significant musculoskeletal disorder of lower limbs (Amputation, fracture, strain, sprain)
4.History of trauma leading to nerve injuries
5.Significant neurological dysfunction11
6.History of surgical procedure at knee, ankle or hip or indication of surgery throughout the intervention period 33
7.Patients with rheumatoid arthritis10
8.Fixed ankle contractures
9.Major vascular complications
10.Alcohol or substance abuse within 6 months or major psychiatric disorders
