term singleton pregnant women age 16-40 years who undergone vaginal delivery without complications. The newborn must have the birth-weight more than 2,500 grams and no other contraindication for breastfeeding
pregnant women who had breast milk prior to delivery, the mother who cannot proceed breastfeeding due to physical problems, and the newborns who had some conditions that needed to be separated from their mothers
