Inclusion Criteria
1. diagnosed diabetes mellitus at least for 1 year
2. sexually active women
3. be legible and fluent in Thai language
Exclusion Criteria
1. be pregnant or planning to have a child
2. be in a menopausal state
3. post-hysterectomy or bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy
