- •-First permanent molar was fully erupted and caries free
- •-Demarcated opacities at least two contra-lateral first permanent molar with MIH mild defect
- •-No history of sealant or other restoration in first permanent molar
- •-Patient can be follow up until 6 months
排除标准
- •-Systemic disease
- •-Allergy : sealant, pumice, casein
- •-Un-cooperative child
- •-Abnormal oral habit
