Regarding the incidence of PIH after Q-switched ruby laser treatment for senile pigmentation, the incidence of PIH was significantly reduced by using a cream containing tranexamic acid from before the laser treatment.

- •1) Japanese and over 20
- •2) Senile pigmented spots on the face
- •3) According to the doctor's instructions, you can continue to use the research item twice daily.
- •4) Agree with regular visits
排除标准
- •1) Received beauty (whitening) treatment within the last 3 months
- •2) Used whitening cosmetics within the last 3 months
- •3) In the past, external use of tranexamic acid caused dermatitis
- •4) Experienced dermatitis due to hair dye
- •5) Vitiligo
- •6) History of Vitiligo
- •7) Precancerous lesion, malignant tumor, or suspected
- •8) Hemorrhagic disease
- •9) Melasma
- •10) Taking a drug that has high photosensitivity or enhances photosensitivity.
- •11) History of rheumatism and history of oral administration of gold preparation
- •12) There is a gold thread in the laser irradiation area
- •13) There is a skin-colored/white tattoo on the laser-irradiated area.
