入选标准
- •1) men aged 50-75 years old who were scheduled for surgical treatment for BPH
- •2) underwent a urodynamic study before surgery and agreed to donate bladder tissue
排除标准
- •1) prostate cancer diagnosed previously or after surgery for BPH
- •2) a history of prostatic, bladder and/or urethral surgery
- •3) a history of acute urinary tract infection within 1 month
- •4) interstitial cystitis, and bladder cancer
- •5) patients who indwelling bladder catheter for more than 1 month
