Baseline characteristic datas were no statistically significant difference between group. Both group showed statistically improvement of VAS, PRWE scores after intervention and 3 weeks post intervention but no statistically significant difference when compared between groups. Pinch strength also showed improvement at 3 weeks post intervention in both group.

1.Patient diagnosed with de quervain disease with tender point at 1st dorsal compartment area and positive finkelstein's test
2. Duration of symptoms more than 3 months
3. VAS 4-8
4. Age more than 18
1. Contraindication for shockwave and ultrasound therapy
2. history of steroid injection or surgical at wrist
3. history of wrist-finger fracture
4. rheumatological or neurological disease causing wrist pain
