Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All of 60 to 75 year old people who are suffering from speech in noise perception
Exclusion Criteria
- •Normal hearing thresholds in 250 to 4000 Hz
- •No cognition impairment according to Mini mental state examination(MMSE).
- •High school diploma degree and upper
- •The age between 60 to 75 years old
- •Right handedness
- •Speech perception in noise difficulty
- •Normal middle ear function
