Inclusion Criteria
- •Healthy (according to medical screening questionnaire)
- •Men and women
- •Aged between 18\-45 years
- •Body mass index between 17\.5\-30 kg/m2
- •Informed consent by the participants
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Age below 18 or above 45 years
- •\- Body mass index below 17\.5 kg/m2 or above 30 kg/m2
- •\- The presence of chronic disease, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, diabetes, cardiovascular disease or any condition known to affect normal cardiovascular functioning.
- •\- Any musculoskeletal condition that would prevent the subject from performing the exercise protocol.
