- •Patients undergoing cardiac surgery under general anaesthesia requiring postoperative mechanical ventilation.
- •b. Patients aged between 18-65 years.
- •c. Patients with ASA physical status 1/2/3
排除标准
- •a. Scheduled for emergency surgery
- •b. Allergy to ascorbic acid, systemic opioids
- •c. History of Gout
- •d. High oxalate urine
- •e. Uric acid kidney stone
- •f. Glucose-6-Phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency
- •g. Sickle cell anemia
- •h. Thalassemia
- •i. Pre-operative chest radiograph showing active lung disease
- •j. Substance use disorder
- •k. Coagulopathy
- •l. Chronic opioid use
- •m. Analgesic use
