Inclusion Criteria
1. Healthy volunteers (based on semi structured interview).
2. Minimum yoga experience 3 months.
Exclusion Criteria
Persons who are taking medication, history of smoking, consuming tobacco or alcohol and having history of respiratory, cardiac diseases will be excluded from the study.

Name Time Method (i) Heart rate variability (HRV) <br/ ><br>(ii) Respiration rate (RR) <br/ ><br>(iii) Galvanic skin resistance (GSR) <br/ ><br>(iv) Photo-plethysmography (PPG) <br/ ><br>(v) Blood pressure (BP).Timepoint: In each session there will be (i) Baseline (12 minutes 30 seconds), (ii) During (18 minutes with three epochs of 5 minutes with one minute rest between two consecutive epochs) and (iii) Post (12 minutes 30 seconds).
