Primary objective of this pre-test study is the development and pilot-testing for usability and practicability in daily clinical practice of a revised version of the BOHSE adapted for the use by general practitioners in their practice setting.<br>At the beginning of the study (visit to the general practitioner) every study patient will be assessed based on BOHSE questionary.
