Inclusion Criteria

1)Informed written consent for participation of study.

2)Patient having hypertension or coronary artery disease

3)Age:40 to 80

4)ASA physical status I,II, and III

5)Patients of either sex

6)Adequate fasting period -nil by mouth 6 hours for solid, 4 hours for liquid

Exclusion Criteria

1)Patient refusing for consent

2)Known or predicted airway difficulty

3)Alcohol or drug addiction

4)Neuropsychiatric disease

5)Severe respiratory insufficiency

6)History of drug allergy

7)Sedative drug use within 24 hours before the surgery
