1.Computer workers of both genders
2.Aged between 18 and 35 Years
3.Pain intensity of 3 on the Numeric Pain Rating Scale.
4.At least 4 hours a day in a sitting position work via computers.
5.Forward head posture.
6.Patient with jump sign positive indicative of Trapezius muscle tightness.
7.Unilateral Chronic trapezitis
1.Neurological Conditions related to Cervical region (Spinal cord injury, fibromyalgia, etc.)
2.Traumatic neck injury
3.Musculoskeletal Conditions (Cervical spine fracture, Upper limb fracture, Cervical Radiculopathy, Cervical Spondylosis, etc.)
4.Patients consuming painkillers or steroids.
5.Recent trauma to the cervical region.
6.Non-consent patients
7.Patients with bilateral chronic trapezitis
