- •(1)Conform to the diagnostic criteria of slow transit constipation ( STC )
- •(2)18-60 years of age, willing and able to cooperate with treatment observers
- •(3)Nearly 3 months without antibiotics Probiotics and constipation-causing drugs
- •(4)Volunteers who signed informed consent for this study
排除标准
- •(1)Patients with severe primary or secondary heart, brain, kidney and other diseases
- •(2)Patients with intestinal stenosis caused by organic lesions confirmed by electronic colonoscopy
- •(3)Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of defecation disorder constipation
- •(4)Long-term use of constipation-causing drugs
- •(5)Pregnant or lactating women
