Inclusion Criteria

(1)Conform to the diagnostic criteria of slow transit constipation ( STC )
(2)18-60 years of age, willing and able to cooperate with treatment observers
(3)Nearly 3 months without antibiotics Probiotics and constipation-causing drugs
(4)Volunteers who signed informed consent for this study

Exclusion Criteria

(1)Patients with severe primary or secondary heart, brain, kidney and other diseases
(2)Patients with intestinal stenosis caused by organic lesions confirmed by electronic colonoscopy
(3)Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of defecation disorder constipation
(4)Long-term use of constipation-causing drugs
(5)Pregnant or lactating women
