Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •endurance\-untrained (VO2max \<40 ml/min \*kg)
- •\- declaration of consent
- •\- Age between 18 and 29 years
- •\- medical certificate for sports aptitude
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- injuries, which do not allow the participation in the sport program
- •\- chronic diseases, especially intestinal diseases (eg. ulcerative colitis, celiac disease)
- •\- eating disorders
- •\- regular medication intake
