- •Necrotic pulp (Non vital ) & periapical lesion <5 mm
- •Single rooted teeth
排除标准
- •Patients who had antibiotics within 3 months and anti inflammatory medication within 48 hrs.
- •Systemic illness, drug allergy, pregnancy/lactation
- •Calcified canal/ periodontal disease
