1.Patients having neck pain for more than 3-6 months.
2.Patients aged 18-65 years.
3.Either gender
1.Patients with medical red flags signs like tumor, cervical and thoracic vertebral fractures.
2.Patients with rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, Prolapsed intervertebral disc with radiculopathy, cervical radiculopathies and cervical spinal stenosis.
3.Neck pain accompanied by vertigo causing vertebrobasilar insufficiency or accompanied by cervicogenic headache.
4.Patients with vision, speech and auditory disorders
5.Unwilling to participate voluntarily.
6.Previous surgery related to cervical spine.
7.Pregnant women.
