Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Phase 1:Quantitative phase: health care professionals
- •i) working in the selected hospital at Bangalore.
- •ii) willing to participate in the study.
- •iii) read, write and speak English language.
- •Phase 2: Qualitative phase
- •From quantitative phase to qualitative phase health care professionals will be selected
- •based on their score obtained on CES\-D scale in quantitative phase.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Phase 1: Quantitative phase: health care professionals
- •i) who are already diagnosed with some physical or psychological health issues such as depression, stroke, CKD, cardiac disorders or has undergone major surgery.
- •ii) who are specialized in the field of psychiatry or mental health.
- •Phase 2: Qualitative phase: health care professionals
- •i) not willing to participate in the focus group interview.
