入选标准
- •1.Age between 18 and 85 years (inclusive);
- •2.Meet the Western medicine clinical diagnostic criteria for acute ischemic stroke;
- •3.Meet the traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic criteria for stroke and be diagnosed with the heat-phlegm and sthenic-fu syndrome;
- •4.Admitted to hospital within 24 hours of acute symptom onset;
- •5.Provide informed consent and sign the informed consent form.
排除标准
- •1.Presence of diseases requiring differentiation from stroke-associated pneumonia, such as pulmonary tuberculosis, etc.;
- •2.History of pre-hospital infection or recent history of antibiotic use;
- •3.Patients requiring mechanical ventilation;
- •4.Pregnant or lactating women;
- •5.Allergy to drugs of the same class or any ingredient contained in the investigational drug;
- •6.Patients with abnormal cardiac, hepatic, or renal function, hematologic diseases, malignant tumors, or immunodeficiency.
