Inclusion Criteria

(1) between 18 years and 30 years man and woman
(2) repeated abdominal pain or discomfort(an uncomfortable sensation not described as pain) at least 3 times per month (3) associated with two or more of the following recent 3 months (a) Improvement with defecation (b) Onset associated with a change in frequency of stool (c) Onset associated with a change in form (appearance) of stool
(4) 1 )Bristol Stool Chart Scale 6-7)?25% 2) Bristol Stool Chart Scale 1-2.)?25%
(5) if women, negative in urine pregnancy test and agree with not being pregnant during clinical trial
(6) not diagnosed with cardiovascular disease like hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia
(7) recently body temperature not being over 38.5 celsius lasting at least 4 hours
(8) those who sign in IRB approved consent and agree with clinical trial plan and follow-up observation

Exclusion Criteria

(1) Diagnosed with cardiovascular disease
(2) had high fever in recent 1 week
(3) before clinical trial screening process, if the subject was participated in other clinical trial and administered medication(include placebo) for clinical trial in recent 30days.
(4) considered as inappropriate subject by clinical trial researcher.
