Inclusion Criteria
Diagnosed with idiopathic or atypical Parkinson's disease
Sufficient knowledge of German
Participation in inpatient complex treatment for Parkinson’s patients (BKT)
Exclusion Criteria
Dementia change (PANDA = 14 points)
Visual impairments that cannot be corrected with glasses

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The effect on hand and arm motor skills is measured using the 9-Hole Peg Test (9HPT). Data collection takes place at the beginning of the complex treatment (t1) one to two days after inpatient admission and after using or not using the app after 10 days (t2).
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The effects on cognitive abilities and depression are measured using the Parkinson Neuropsychometrics Dementia Assessment (PANDA) and the Patient Health Questionnaire-4 - German Version (PHQ-4) also before (t1) and after (t2) the app use.<br><br>At the same time, game-relevant aspects, such as usage and game execution, are recorded by the app Finger-Fertig” as well as frequency/duration of use, cancellations, game execution such as accuracy and points received.
