Inclusion Criteria
Age between 30 and years
ASA class I and II
One or two levels of lumbar laminectomy ± discectomy
Exclusion Criteria
Sensitivity to each of medications
Heart disease
Liver disease
Psychological and cognitive disabilities
Known cases of chronic pain syndromes
Drug abuse
Neurological disease
Circadian rhythm disruption (such as daytime fatigue , somnolence)
Renal disease
Opium addicted patients

Name Time Method Severity of pain. Timepoint: 2-hour, 6-hour and 24-hour after surgery. Method of measurement: VAS Score.;Anxiety. Timepoint: 2-hour, 6-hour and 24-hour after surgery. Method of measurement: HADS questionnaire.
