- •Patients diagnosed with T2DM aged 40-65 years
- •Patients with T2DM who had a HbA1C ≥ 7 percent
- •Patients who received at least OAD
排除标准
- •Patients with a history of symptomatic hypoglycemia
- •Pregnancy and lactation
- •End of life care
- •Using insulin only
- •Multiple comorbidities
- •Poor lifestyle modifications and adherence
