Inclusion Criteria
Patient with maxillofacial fungal osteomyelitis
ASA 1 and 2 patients and deemed fit for surgery
Exclusion Criteria
Patient with hematogical disorder
Deemed medically unfit for surgery
Patient who had undergone radiation therapy to the temporal region
Any infection in or around temporalis muscle
