Inclusion Criteria
Age > 18 Years
ESKD and having undergone twice to thrice weekly hemodialysis for > 3 months
Adequate dialysis (spKt/V > 1.2 in patients thrice - weekly and spKt/V > 2.0 in patients twice weekly hemodialysis)
Serum phosphorus > 4.5 mg/d
Exclusion Criteria
Hospitalization within the past 4 weeks
Egg white allergy
Those who can not informed diet record
