•Ã¢â?¬Â¢Subjects with confirmed diagnosis of Covid-19 based on RTPCR
•Ã¢â?¬Â¢Who were hospitalized and had moderate to severe illness based on clinical spectrum given in Maharashtra state Revised Guidelines on Clinical Management of COVID Ã¢â?¬â?? 19[10]
•Ã¢â?¬Â¢have completed at least 3 months post diagnosis

•For subjects with Covid-19 patients:
•a)Asymptomatic, mild, critically ill on clinical spectrum /intubated (Maharashtra state Revised Guidelines on Clinical Management of COVID Ã¢â?¬â?? 19. This is to avoid two extremes of condition so that the group is homogenous in severity.
•b)Pre-existing musculoskeletal, neurological , heart and lung condition, psychiatric disorder taking any treatment
•c)Those who have smoked minimum 100 cigarettes in their lifetime
•For healthy subjects:
•a)Subjects with musculoskeletal, neurological, heart and lung condition, psychiatric disorder taking any treatment.
•b)Those who have smoked minimum 100 cigarettes in their lifetime
