A repeat corticosteroid injection achieved symptom relief in 80% of patients at three months and 66% of patients at six months. Factors related to treatment failure are short symptoms-free period after previous injection, High grade of disease and obese patients. Repeat injections of trigger finger should be consider in patient who prefer nonsurgical treatment

- •1.diagnosis of trigger finger disease and history of corticosteroid injections in the treated finger, at least one corticosteroid injection
排除标准
- •1.the affected digit or who suffered from inflammatory arthritis
- •2.Patient received the injection in the last 4-6 weeks and planned to have surgery
