- •Age between 6 and 18 years at the beginning of the intervention; Diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder, classified as mild to moderate on the Childhood Autism Rating Scale; Classified by level I and II Autism Classification System of Functioning: Social Communication

- •Have cognitive, behavioral, or clinical limitations (cardiorespiratory disease) that prevent them from following instructions and safely participating in physical activity in a group setting
