Inclusion Criteria
All pediatric patients aged 0-10 years after iCM exposure during 01/2015 and 03/2019
Exclusion Criteria
Pre-existing thyroid dysfunction and / or renal insufficiency.

Name Time Method Incidence of thyroid dysfunction after iodinated contrast media exposure in a mid-term (at least 6 months after exposure) to long-term (> 3 years after exposure) analysis of thyroid parameters in children with congenital heart disease.

Name Time Method After which period, does a thyroid dysfunction occur? What is the clinical course of thyroid dysfunction (transient vs. permanent dysfunction)? How many patients with thyroid dysfunction needed drug replacement therapy?<br>Can risk factors be identified associated with thyroid dysfunction?
