ASA Status 1,2,3
Age between 50-60 years
Patients undergoing Transurethral Resection of the Prostate under subarachnoid block
Exclusion Criteria
ASA IV
Patient refusal or who are unable to give consent.
Coagulopathy
Infection at the injection site
Allergy to local anesthetic
