Inclusion Criteria
Patients of either gender aged above 18 years and belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists? Physical Status 1 or 2 scheduled for elective surgery requiring orotracheal intubation.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with known or anticipated difficulty in mask ventilation; full stomach; intra-oral / nasal pathology; neck mass or contracture neck / thick neck and temporomandibular ankylosis.
