Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Subjects fit for Basti Karma and Physical therapy.
  • •2\. Fully conscious subjects.
  • •3\. Subject fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of Pakshaghata.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Subjects not fit for Basti Karma and Physical therapy.
  • •2\. Any co\-existing illness which interfere with the treatment.
  • •3\. Comatose and unconscious subjects.
  • •4\. Subjects with presenting complaint of fracture and dislocation.
