Inclusion Criteria
Long segment Tibial bone loss secondary to trauma or infection or multiple surgeries, defined as more than six cm of tibial loss, either acute or chronic
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with Polytrauma
Patients with acute trauma with a fracture pattern in the fibula that precludes fibula transfer
