Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Long segment Tibial bone loss secondary to trauma or infection or multiple surgeries, defined as more than six cm of tibial loss, either acute or chronic
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with Polytrauma
- •Patients with acute trauma with a fracture pattern in the fibula that precludes fibula transfer
