Cognitive limitations such as demetia which impact the validity of examination results (e.g. ISNCSCI)

Primary Outcome Measures

H1: Comparison of frequency of rehospitalizations of the three groups with different initial treatment pathways (primary rehabilitation in BG center, primary rehabilitation in non-BG center with subsequent neurorehabilitation, and primary rehabilitation in neurorehabilitation center).<br>H2: Correlation of length of primary treatment in days with frequency of rehospitalizations in the 1-2-year period.<br>H3: Patient-related ratio of non-complication-related to complication-related rehospitalizations in the 1-2-year period.<br>H4: Comparison of functional scores (SCIM III) stratified by lesion severity (AIS A-D), lesion level ranges (C1-C3, C4, C5, C6-T1, T2-T8, T9-T12, L1-S4/5), and age groups (18-30, 31-45, 46-60, 61-75, 75+) for Germany and North America (Model Spinal Injury System - USA, Rick Hansen Institute Registry - Canada).
