Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Women in post\-partum period, operationalized in current study as between 4 weeks to 6 months post\-delivery
- •Having live baby
- •Screened positive for depression or anxiety
- •Gives consent to participate in the therapeutic program
Exclusion Criteria
- •Those women who were not screened positive on Depression or Anxiety
- •Those who gave birth to still baby or have congenitally malformed baby
- •Those who had a previous diagnosis of psychosis or any other major psychiatric disorder, substance dependence and are receiving psychiatric treatment for the same were excluded
