Women in post-partum period, operationalized in current study as between 4 weeks to 6 months post-delivery
Having live baby
Screened positive for depression or anxiety
Gives consent to participate in the therapeutic program
Those women who were not screened positive on Depression or Anxiety
Those who gave birth to still baby or have congenitally malformed baby
Those who had a previous diagnosis of psychosis or any other major psychiatric disorder, substance dependence and are receiving psychiatric treatment for the same were excluded
