Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Patients diagnosed with first stroke within 5 days of post stroke duration.
  • Montreal cognitive assessment (MOCA) â?? a score more than 26\.
  • Ischaemic and haemorrhagic stroke \- early sub\-acute phase.
  • Chedoke \- Mcmaster stroke Assessment scale \-stages of motor recovery \- stage 2 or less in upper limb.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patients with any orthopedic or neurological impairments which can limit the outcome of the study or alter the methodology.
  • Patients with vision and hearing disturbances
  • Impaired cognition
  • Patients who cannot maintain sitting posture in bed/ stool.
  • History of previous stroke with residual weakness.
  • Patients with associated cardiovascular problems.
