Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients diagnosed with first stroke within 5 days of post stroke duration.
- •Montreal cognitive assessment (MOCA) â?? a score more than 26\.
- •Ischaemic and haemorrhagic stroke \- early sub\-acute phase.
- •Chedoke \- Mcmaster stroke Assessment scale \-stages of motor recovery \- stage 2 or less in upper limb.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with any orthopedic or neurological impairments which can limit the outcome of the study or alter the methodology.
- •Patients with vision and hearing disturbances
- •Impaired cognition
- •Patients who cannot maintain sitting posture in bed/ stool.
- •History of previous stroke with residual weakness.
- •Patients with associated cardiovascular problems.
