Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients diagnosed with first stroke within 5 days of post stroke duration.
  • •Montreal cognitive assessment (MOCA) â?? a score more than 26\.
  • •Ischaemic and haemorrhagic stroke \- early sub\-acute phase.
  • •Chedoke \- Mcmaster stroke Assessment scale \-stages of motor recovery \- stage 2 or less in upper limb.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with any orthopedic or neurological impairments which can limit the outcome of the study or alter the methodology.
  • •Patients with vision and hearing disturbances
  • •Impaired cognition
  • •Patients who cannot maintain sitting posture in bed/ stool.
  • •History of previous stroke with residual weakness.
  • •Patients with associated cardiovascular problems.
