- •All AECOPD requiring hospitalization
- •Age \>40 years
- •Written informed consent
排除标准
- •Personal or family history of asthma,atopy,or allergic disease
- •use of systemic steroids within past 30 days
- •Decompensated CHF
- •Known malignancy
- •Immunosuppressed state
- •Respiratory failure requiring mechanical ventilation
- •Hemodynamically unstable patients
- •Pregnancy or lactation
- •Previous enrolment in this study or any other study
