- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is believed that cortisol concentration will not be influenced by supplementation of Cranberry. On the other hand, after two weeks of high intensity interval training, the cranberry group will be able to reverse the effects of the accumulated training load while placebo will only show attenuation.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is expected that the HIIT protocols used in this study will be able to induce transient immunosuppression, associated with oxidative stress and muscle damage. It is also expected that there will be an attenuation in this immunosuppression after six training sessions.
