简要总结
This study is a Randomized clinical trial where effectiveness of McKenzie and Mulligan SNAGS will be compared for the patients suffering from Cervicogenic Headache (CGH). Total of 40 patients will be randomized in two experimental groups by fulfilling the inclusion criteria. Group A with 20 patients in which McKenzie treatment will be incorporated and group B with 20 patients in which Mulligan treatment will be given. Objective of the study is to determine which treatment procedure is more effective in CGH. The results of both groups will be compared in relation with Headache Disability Index (HDI), Neck Disability Index (NDI), Flexion Rotation Test (FRT), Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) on 1st, 5th, and 12th day.

入选标准
- •Pain localized to neck and occipital region, pain is aggravated by neck movements or sustained neck postures, positive flexion rotation test, weakness in neck muscles.
排除标准
- •Headache not of cervical origin, Headache with autonomic involvement, congenital conditions of cervical spine, contraindication to manipulative therapy, inability to tolerate flexion rotation test.
