Inclusion Criteria

  • •?age \>\= 20
  • •?head and neck squamous cell carcionoma
  • •?undifferentiated carcinoma, poorly differentiated carcinoma, nonkeratinizing carcinoma, metastatis of unknown origin, adenoid cystic carcinoma, salivary gland cancer, olfactory neuroblastoma
  • •?receiving chemotherapy
  • •?agree with informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- other malignancy within 3years besides head and neck cancer
