简要总结
Ethical approval for the study will be obtained from the SRM Institutional Ethical Committee prior to data collection. Participants will be recruited based on the defined inclusion and exclusion criteria. The purpose and procedures of the study will be clearly explained to all eligible participants, and written informed consent will be obtained prior to participation. A brief demographic data sheet will be administered to collect relevant participant details such as age, menopausal status, and duration since menopause. Participants will then complete the MENQOL (Menopause Specific Quality of Life) questionnaire to assess menopause related quality of life. Functional mobility will be assessed using the following standardized measures such as Gait Speed by 2 minute walk test, Balance Berg Balance Scale and Single Leg Stance Test, Functional Independence is measured using Barthel Index and Lawton Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL) scale. All collected data will be statistically analyzed to determine the relationship between menopausal quality of life and functional mobility parameters.

入选标准
- •1.Women who have attained natural menopause .
- •2.They should not undergone menstruation atleast for 12 consecutive months 3.Patient able to walk independently or with minimal support.
- •4.Volunteers.
排除标准
- •1.Neurological disorder affecting mobility 2.They should not have been underwent any ortho surgeries for past 6 months 3.Psychological, chronic illness affecting mobility.
