Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Older adults aged 60 years or over; of both sexes; living in a nursing home for three months or more; Formal caregivers working in a nursing homes; of both sexes, of all age groups; working in institutions that consent to this proposal
Exclusion Criteria
- •Individuals with changes in physical capacity due to trauma or muscle disease in a recent history; and/or rehabilitation treatment due this situation; Caregivers with service time in the role of less than 15 days
