Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Has traumatic Spinal Cord Injury with spastic overactive bladder.
  • 2\. The duration of injury will be more than 6 months.
  • 3\. Individuals, who are willing to participate, give consent form and able to follow
  • 4\. Both Males and Females.
  • 5\. Individuals of the Age Group (20\-50 Years).

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Individual with non\-traumatic spinal cord injury with hyporeflexia or areflexia
  • 2\. Individual with coexisting cauda equina with flaccid bladder.
  • 3\. Any of Gastro\-intestinal dysfunction or kidney dysfunction.
  • 4\. Individual with any brain injury, degenerative disease, stroke.
  • 5\. Individuals with metal implants close to rTMS which are contraindicated.
  • 6\. Individuals developed Psychosomatic Illness/ Disease.
  • 7\. Non\-Cooperative Individuals.
  • 8\. Any infected wound, pressure sore (Grade 2 or above).
