Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Has traumatic Spinal Cord Injury with spastic overactive bladder.
- •2\. The duration of injury will be more than 6 months.
- •3\. Individuals, who are willing to participate, give consent form and able to follow
- •4\. Both Males and Females.
- •5\. Individuals of the Age Group (20\-50 Years).
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Individual with non\-traumatic spinal cord injury with hyporeflexia or areflexia
- •2\. Individual with coexisting cauda equina with flaccid bladder.
- •3\. Any of Gastro\-intestinal dysfunction or kidney dysfunction.
- •4\. Individual with any brain injury, degenerative disease, stroke.
- •5\. Individuals with metal implants close to rTMS which are contraindicated.
- •6\. Individuals developed Psychosomatic Illness/ Disease.
- •7\. Non\-Cooperative Individuals.
- •8\. Any infected wound, pressure sore (Grade 2 or above).
